Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or your payment partner's portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your instance remains available until the end of the paid period, after which your data is retained for a 30-day grace period (so you can export) and then permanently deleted.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods once a period has begun, except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by our payment partner (the Merchant of Record) in line with this policy.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Hoodik Cloud provisions your instance immediately, at checkout you consent to the service beginning right away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once your instance is provisioned (required checkout checkbox + confirmation email). If you have not requested immediate provisioning, the 14-day right applies.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we attempt retries; if it ultimately fails, the subscription is suspended (your data is retained through the grace period, not immediately deleted).
